The 2024 NFL trade deadline is fast approaching, with all 32 teams required to complete any in-season deal by 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 5, just one day after the close of Week 9. Nearly every club could benefit from certain advantages. a sort of exchange, but who are the big names who could headline these movements?

Here are four notable veterans who could be on the trading block, if they aren’t already:

Two years after landing a lucrative contract extension with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Robinson remains an important part of the AFC South club. But the Jags are positioned to be sellers at 2-6, with injuries threatening their already battered roster. And he could be useful to teams in desperate need of blocking help, like the Minnesota Vikings, who lost Christian Darrisaw to a serious injury.

Would the Buffalo Bills really sell their most accomplished rusher? Well, they’ve already forced him to take a pay cut before 2024, and they’ve mostly been playing without him anyway, thanks to a recently handed down suspension. Greg Rousseau also came in. Another club is unlikely to consume Miller’s entire remaining contract, but he might be willing to renegotiate to move on to another suitor.

Even with a long injury history, Horn slots in as one of the few legitimate building blocks for the Carolina Panthers. So why could it have been moved? He’s also one of their key assets, and unless Bryce Young is given – and seized – a true second chance, they may prefer to invest money in new offensive infrastructure. At just 24 years old, the former first-round corner could get a premium via trade.

Jonathan Gannon arguably needs all the help he can get to keep the Arizona Cardinals defense running, and Baker has long been a fan favorite for his versatility. He is expected to hit free agency after the season, however, after failing to secure a long-term commitment from the club, and could be of great value to a contender wanting a proven Pro Bowl talent in the backfield. .
