Alex Rodriguez loses 32 pounds with help from ‘incredible’ girlfriend Jac Cordeiro

Alex Rodriguez praised his girlfriend for helping him lose more than 30 pounds.
The former MLB player, 48, said in a new interview that Jac Cordeiro changed his life and that of his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis with his fitness program.
“Listen, she’s been incredible to me and to Cynthia,” he told Us Weekly Monday.
“[Jac is] the only person who can co-parent and make us both better. Cynthia got into incredible shape thanks to the JacFit program, [and] I lost 32 pounds following his program,” he exclaimed.
Rodriguez, who shares two daughters with Scurtis, said Cordeiro was so “caring” because she was a former nurse.
“She’s used to taking care of sick people,” he said.
“What I love about what she’s done at JacFit and how many people she’s influenced is the reaction I see people have towards her. It’s truly mind-blowing,” he continued.
“I see what she has done in my life, with my health [and with] Cynthia to name a few. She comes in a very proactive way [place] and helps you to be in great shape so that you do not have to be sick and prevent any type of health problems.

Rodriguez and Cordeiro first became romantically involved in October 2022 after they were seen walking hand in hand on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California.
A source close to the couple told Page Six at the time that the ex-athlete “enjoyed spending time” with the fitness guru.
“His friends say he is very happy and enjoying [their] spend time together. He likes spending time with her. She is awesome! She’s a former nurse and mother of two,” the source explained.
“He’s great with her and really happy,” the source added.
The couple finally made their romance Instagram official when the Canadian workout genius posed for a photo with Rodriguez and his daughters, Natasha, 18, and Ella, 15.
The group was all smiles in front of a Christmas tree in New York last December, just three months after they started dating.
“From our hearts to yours, Merry Christmas,” Rodriguez captioned the photo, adding the hashtags “family,” “joy” and “grateful.”
Rodriguez married Scurtis in 2002. However, she filed for divorce in 2008, citing “emotional abandonment” of their children and infidelity as reasons for the breakdown of their marriage.
He then proposed to Jennifer Lopez, but the couple split in 2021. The “On the Floor” singer, 54, later married her fiancé, Ben Affleck.
Despite their messy split, Rodriguez wished Lopez the best in her new marriage.
“I wish him and the kids, who are smart and beautiful and wonderful, I wish them the best,” he said on “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?”
