The Arizona Wildcats and Oregon Ducks will face off in a Pac-12 showdown at 2:00 PM ET on March 2 at McKale Memorial Center. Both teams enter the match supported by their victories in their previous matches.

Arizona usually has all the answers at home, but on Wednesday the Wildcats proved to be a very tough challenge. They enjoyed a comfortable 85-67 win over the Sun Devils. The win made it a winning streak for Arizona.

Arizona’s win was a true team effort, with several players turning in strong performances. Perhaps the best of them was Omar Ballou, who scored a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds. Ballou shines when it comes to rebounds, having now scored 11 or more goals in his last eight games. Caleb Love was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with eight rebounds and five a*sists.

Meanwhile, the Ducks beat the Beavers 78-71 on Wednesday.

Kwame Evans Jr. was the offensive highlight of the game as he nearly recorded a double-double with 22 points and nine rebounds. It didn’t help Oregon’s cause much against the Golden Bears on Saturday but the same can’t be said for this matchup. The team also got some help from Jermaine Quesnard, who scored 16 points along with six a*sists and two steals.

The Wildcats have performed incredibly well recently as they have won eight of their last nine games, providing a nice boost to their 22-6 record this season. As for the Ducks, their win raised their record to 19-9.

Fans should be prepared for an exciting match on Saturday as both teams are among the highest scoring teams in the league at the moment. Arizona has had no trouble making the score this season, averaging 89.9 points per game (ranking second in scoring overall). However, it doesn’t look like Oregon State is struggling in this department as they are averaging 76 points per game. With both teams capable of picking up points with ease, the only question remaining is who can push the score higher.

Arizona beat the Ducks 87-78 in their previous matchup in January. Will Arizona repeat its success, or do the Ducks have a better game plan this time? We’ll find out soon enough.
