‘Bachelor Nation’ star Daisy Kent will make a guest appearance on ‘The Bachelorette’

Seattle, Washington: Viewers can look forward to seeing ‘The Bachelor’ Joey Graziadei’s Season 28 runner-up Daisy Kent in the next episode of ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 21.

Reality Steve revealed that on the next episode of the ABC dating show, the group will return to the US for Hometown and head to Seattle, Washington. There will be a second one-on-one date inspired by the Markus Schoberg musical ‘Wicked’, which will include appearances by former contestants Kelsey Anderson, Daisy Kent, Trista Sutter and Charity Lawson.

For the uninitiated, Daisy was offered the role of ‘The Bachelorette’ but turned it down prioritizing her health. The role was then given to her fellow Season 28 castmate Jane Tran.

During an appearance on Nick Viall’s podcast ‘The Viall Files’, Daisy cited multiple reasons for her decision not to star on the show.

“There’s a couple of reasons. So one, my health is one aspect of it. I knew as a leader, it’s a lot on you – not just emotionally, but physically,” Daisy revealed.

The 25-year-old, who suffers from Meniere’s disease and Lyme disease, has opened up about her health struggles, discussing lack of sleep and her concerns about the emotional toll of sending contestants home on the show. She sought the advice of former Bachelorettes before deciding that participating in the show would be too health-prone.

“I’ve talked to a lot of past leads when it’s been in discussion with me. I just knew from a health standpoint that it would be a lot,” Daisy added.
