Bethenny Frankel slams ‘stupid’ Carole Radziwill over shadow of ‘white savior complex’

Don’t mess with this B.

Bethenny Frankel blasted her ex-best friend, Carole Radziwill, escalating the ongoing feud between the two former “Real Housewives of New York” stars.

Frankel called Radziwill “stupid” and “arrogant” after the latter called her a “white savior” for giving TJ Maxx employees her barely-used makeup items.

“I’m really sick of stupid people trying to act smart and stupid is also stupid,” Frankel said in a TikTok video on Sunday.

Earlier in the three-minute rant, Frankel brought up the fact that a former “housewife” said she had a “white savior complex” and that it was “actually racist to say.”

“That means I’m trying to be a white savior for people of color by bringing them makeup,” Frankel said.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum explained that the statement was “not even factual,” as she gave the makeup bag to a TJ Maxx cashier with the intention of scattering it among the crowd. staff at this store, so she didn’t know what. what the others looked like.

Frankel went on to describe people like Radziwill as “provocative,” “useless,” and “really, really ignorant.”

“We’re just in a time where people want to say something provocative so people can jump on it and the crowd can come, and it’s like everyone’s just trying to come up with a good catchphrase so they can criticize you “, she continued.

Frankel, 52, denounced people who are “uneducated” and who are simply trying to “prove how smart they are” with “this terminology.”

“It’s very arrogant, it’s very bombastic and it’s pretentious,” she continued, while later adding that “insulting people” in 2023 is “provocative,” “unnecessary” and “really very ignorant.”

Frankel also shut down the sentiment that she’s “pretending to be poor by going to TJ Maxx” because she’s been going there for “decades.”

Last week, Frankel shared a since-deleted video this quickly became controversial when she ventured into TJ Maxx with bags of products that makeup companies had given her and recorded herself giving a bag to one of the cashiers.

However, the woman seemed nervous about accepting the gift and told Frankel that she was afraid “of getting in trouble for accepting it” because it is against company policy to accept “any kind of gratuity or gift”.

Frankel received backlash for the “offensive” video, as people claimed the employee appeared “petrified” and called him “cringy” and “tone deaf” for filming the entire ordeal.

Radziwill – who has not been friends with Frankel since their public falling out in 2018 – also intervened and tweeted about the “nonsense” on a TikTok video on Friday.

“Who sent me this?” Lol. I mean, stop this nonsense. There’s so much to unpack but I don’t get paid to do that anymore. But here… one “word”: #whitesaviorcomplex,” Radziwill, 60, wrote.

Frankel then defended her intentions, because she “does not want [the products] to throw away” and said she picked up the bags and gave them to employees at another store that did not have the same no-tipping policy.
