Charlie Puth announced Thursday morning that he and his girlfriend, Brooke Sansone, are engaged.
The “See You Again” crooner shared a series of photos on Instagram that show the couple munching on a slice of Lucali’s pizza while seemingly facing a mystery person.
Despite the delicious pie, it was Sansone’s dazzling pear-shaped engagement ring that stole the show.
“I flew to New York to ask my best friend to marry me, and she said yes,” Puth captioned the photos.
“I’m the happiest and best version of myself and it’s all thanks to you Brookie. I love you infinitely, forever and ever.
Sansone, 24, also shared a close-up selfie on her Instagram story that brought her rock to the fore.

Their relationship hits a major milestone nearly a year after Puth, 31, went Instagram official with Sansone as he celebrated his birthday.
“Ohhhhh, I’m NOT a loser…because I didn’t lose her!!!” he wrote in December 2022 alongside PDA-filled photo booth photos, quoting the lyrics to his song “Loser.”
The “We Don’t Talk Anymore” singer previously shared with Howard Stern that he and Sansone grew up together in New Jersey.
“As my life gets more hectic and I travel everywhere,” he said on “The Howard Stern Show” in October 2022, “it’s nice to have someone around who you’ve known for long time.”
Puth also appeared to change his mind about sharing the news of his engagement, as he told the shocker at the time that he would never go public when it happened.
“If I do, the media will definitely not be told about it,” he insisted, “and I will do my best to make sure they don’t know about it, because it’s getting too complicated. .”
The Grammy-nominated new bride talked about Sansone on Instagram Live in August 2019 before their friendship turned romantic.
