The Dallas Cowboys failed to qualify for the NFC Championship Game for the 27th straight year, losing to the 49ers, 19-12, on Sunday night. Since the loss, social media has been flooded with videos of Cowboys fans acting exactly as one would expect.
TikTok user Christy Edwards posted a video of a man, possibly her husband or boyfriend, on her page following the loss of Dallas. In the video, the man – wearing a CeeDee Lamb Cowboys jersey – holds his television in his hands and walks to his driveway, where he violently throws it to the ground.
“What are you doing?” asks the woman, to which the man replies, “I’m sick of this shit!” Every fucking year!”

And he wasn’t done after throwing away the TV. He gets into his truck, goes out into the street, then backs up and passes directly over the television.
He wasn’t the only Cowboys fan to react strongly to the loss. In another video posted to the internet by Twitter user Robert Flores, a fan wearing a Dak Prescott jersey throws a closed fist at his television at the end of the match. He then picks up the TV and tries to smash it on his knee.
“@dallascowboys You owe me a new TV,” Flores wrote on Twitter.
Elsewhere, the Cowboys held a watch party at AT&T Stadium in Dallas despite the game being played in Santa Clara. After their defeat, several supporters got into a wild fight outside the stadium.
The Cowboys may no longer be a reliable team, but their fans are certainly reliable in providing drama – and violence – when they lose.
