Details of Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner’s alleged ‘ironclad’ prenup revealed
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner signed a rock-solid prenup just weeks before their 2019 wedding, according to The Blast.
The Jonas Brothers frontman, 34, would “retain all of his music royalties” with his siblings in addition to anything he earned with his other band, DNCE, according to the outlet.
Meanwhile, Turner, 27, will keep the money she made from ‘Game Of Thrones’ and “everything left over from her acting career”.
As for their properties, any homes obtained before the couple got married will remain with the rightful owner.
“The only property that will be shared between the two stars will be the marital home,” the Blast reported, adding that most couples typically sell the property and split the money.
The “Cake By the Ocean” singer and Turner would also “retain rights to their image, likeness and businesses a*sociated with their celebrity status.”
The only thing the couple will have to agree to is child support and custody of their two daughters: Willa, 3, and their one-year-old daughter whose name has not yet been released to the public.
In court documents obtained by Page Six, the ex-couple plan to have “shared parental responsibility” for the girls. They will also develop a parenting plan and will both need to support themselves financially.
