Eagles center Jason Kelce had to be taken home after a drunken first date with now-wife Kylie
It’s a way to make a first impression.
Jason Kelce had to be taken home by his friend and former teammate Beau Allen after the Philadelphia Eagles center had a little too much to drink on his first date with his now-wife, Kylie Kelce.
Allen, who played alongside Jason from 2014 to 2017, told this funny story on his new podcast ‘Fax and The King,’ saying Jason was “really excited” to meet Kylie after the pair matched on Tinder .
However, Jason decided to set the first date right after the Eagles’ Christmas party, which turned out to be a questionable decision.
“I’m not even going to lie to you – we were broken,” Allen recalled. “I will never forget that we pre-planned this party and we [went] on vacation [party] and I tell myself that I have to keep an eye on these guys because I don’t really know how it’s going to go.
By the time they met Kylie, Allen says Kelce was “crushed” and “fell asleep on the bar” within an hour.
Allen then realized he had to get Jason out of there and had to “fireman carry him home” for “maybe half a mile” – despite retaliation from the Super Bowl champion.
“He continued to have s*x with me during that,” Allen said. “So I was carrying him, and it was exhausting because he was pure dead weight. It’s like literally carrying a corpse.
Allen says Kylie must have “really won” because Jason was “randomly coming to life and squirming and trying to make me drop him.”
“I don’t know if the first date went well, but I guess it went very well because they got married, they have three beautiful daughters, and now they have a documentary about them “, he concluded.
Jason — who is the star of Prime Video’s new documentary “Kelce” — and Kylie reflected on their rocky encounter during a recent episode of the NFL player’s “New Heights” podcast.
While chatting with his brother Travis Kelce about how they met, Jason admitted it was “not a good first date.”

“But I was sober enough to know [she] was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen in my life,” Jason said. “It was love at first sight.”
“It was like fireworks went off at the door the moment she walked in the door,” he continued sarcastically, joking that it was like when “a movie shows an angel walk through the doors and there is only one light on that person.”
“That’s what happened?!” Travis, who was rumored to be dating Taylor Swift, responded. “I always wanted this to happen.”
Still, thankfully, Jason says “the second date went much better” because he “didn’t pa*s out or fall asleep.”
The couple eventually tied the knot in 2018 and have since welcomed daughters Wyatt Elizabeth, 3, Elliotte Ray, 2, and Bennett Llewellyn, 6 months.
