Former Baccalaureate student Clayton Echard’s ex-fling is pregnant and asks him to take a paternity test
An expectant mother who believes ‘Bachelor’ alumna Clayton Echard is the father is demanding he take a paternity test.
The 33-year-old podcast host from Scottsdale, Arizona – who wishes to remain anonymous – claimed in a paternity suit filed last month, which was first obtained by the US Sun on Monday, that she “engaged in s****l activity” with the 30-year-old reality star on May 20.
The woman claimed she was due to give birth to twins in February and recently filed a motion to seal the case, which has not yet been accepted by the court.
The suit also outlined the parenting plan requested if Echard was the father of her unborn babies.
Page Six obtained and reviewed all documents in the case, as well as photos taken in late July showing the woman’s bulging stomach.
According to the woman — who claimed in court documents that she “hadn’t been with anyone since March 2022” — the alleged one-night stand led to her becoming pregnant with twins.
The woman claimed she took two home pregnancy tests shortly after and came back positive. She then went to an urgent care center on June 1 to confirm her pregnancy. She said she immediately sent Echard a copy of the urgent care test results, which were included in her court documents.
The woman claimed the former “Bachelorette” contestant didn’t believe she was pregnant and began sending her “erratic, illogical and threatening messages,” screenshots of which she filed in court. The messages included comments such as “I don’t believe you for a second,” “I legit hate you right now,” “You’re losing your mind and I hope YOU think about how terrible it is that you me submit to that. ” and ” My personal hell would be to have you in my life. “
She claimed in court documents that he insisted the two men engage only in oral s*x.
Another of Echard’s alleged messages read: “I wish you would abort (if you are pregnant with my child, which I still don’t believe, but it doesn’t really matter anyway). If you don’t, that’s your choice. So, in this case, if this is ultimately my child, I have decided that either you will take 100% custody of him or he will be put up for adoption. I won’t bring it up in any capacity.
The woman claimed Echard invited her to his apartment on June 17 and presented her with a home pregnancy test that he had purchased himself. He allegedly asked her to urinate on him in his presence, and the test came back positive.
The next day, Echard allegedly sent the woman a message saying: “I wanted you to come and confirm what I doubted. And you confirmed it. So I no longer consider you a liar.
The woman claimed that Echard then went through “periods of silence and that he blocked [her phone number] require alternative forms of proof of pregnancy beyond the medical report [she] had provided him.
He also allegedly accused her of “taking fertility drugs or weight loss pills that altered results” and even suggested she was “taking anti-epileptic drugs.” [her] positive test.
She claimed in the lawsuit that she “offered more than 50 times in writing” — mostly by email — to Echard to take a prenatal paternity test at a location of her choosing.
At one point, they both had a test scheduled for Aug. 23, with receipts showing the woman had paid the $725 deposit.

We can confirm that he has since agreed to take a paternity test at the same location on September 26, two days before both parties were due in court for an early resolution conference.
Echard tells a different story, claiming in his response to his lawsuit that it was he who repeatedly requested a paternity test paid for in full by the woman, even though he believes the case is “baseless and unfounded » because they “never had a paternity test”. s*x. »
Echard told The Sun he plans to sue the woman, who he claims is “hara*sing” him because she is “obsessed” with trying to date him.
