Gisele Bündchen and her trainer Joaquim Valente ride together in Costa Rica
Maybe they’re just having fun.
Gisele Bündchen and her trainer Joaquim Valente were photographed riding together during a getaway to Costa Rica on Tuesday.
The model, 42, was seen flashing a big smile as she trotted alongside Valente.
Bündchen was dressed casually in jeans and a green tank top and looked effortlessly stunning as her long golden tresses blew in the wind.
Meanwhile, the jiu-jitsu instructor wore a blue T-shirt, jeans, and a backwards baseball cap.
The couple first sparked dating rumors when they were spotted having dinner in Costa Rica in November 2022.
However, a source told Page Six at the time that the duo was “strictly platonic and professional.”
“Joaquim and his two brothers have been teaching Gisele and the kids martial arts for the past year and a half,” the insider said, while another source shared that he travels “with the family when they are out of town because the kids are homeschooled.
But lately, they’ve been spending a lot of time together, further fueling speculation that the two could be more than just friends. Just last week, Bündchen and Valente were spotted on a sweaty run together.
And a source recently claimed a relationship between the pair isn’t entirely out of the question.
“Gisèle adores and trusts [Joaquim] and spent a lot of time with him, but I don’t think that’s a traditional dating scenario,” an insider said. tell people Last week. “They have a deep personal relationship and he is a teacher for her and the children. Whether or not it becomes more than it stays on the table.
If things take off between the mom-of-two and the fitness guru, it would be her first relationship since her divorce from Tom Brady was finalized in October 2022.
Bündchen and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, 45, called it quits last year after 13 years of marriage. The former couple share two children: Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10. Brady is also the father of a 15-year-old son, Jack, with his ex-partner Bridget Moynahan.
Page Six reported last year that Bündchen and Brady got into an epic fight and their marriage really fell apart when the athlete decided not to retire.
“Gisele was always the one with the kids,” a source said at the time. “They had agreed that he would retire to focus on family, then he changed his mind.”
Despite the split, it looks like Bündchen is better than ever and has even returned to modeling.
But the same can’t be said for Brady, who made headlines this week when he launched into a swear-filled rant when asked about how the rest of his football career was going.
Tensions may still be high between Brady and Bündchen, who visited an elite Miami private school for their children separately this week.
Still, co-parenting seems to be a top priority for the exes, as Bündchen recently purchased an $11.5 million mansion across from Brady’s compound.
