Jamie PKBx’s health and love life appear to be going well months after the actor suffered a mysterious health issue.

In photos obtained exclusively by Page Six, the Oscar-winning actor was spotted arriving in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with his girlfriend — identified as Alyce Huckstepp — for Labor Day weekend.

PKBx, 55, wore a black graphic-print jacket and matching pair of joggers.

He completed his look with a wide-brimmed hat, sungla*ses and white sneakers.

Huckstepp also wore an all-black casual outfit with white sneakers as the couple held hands before getting into a black SUV.

The couple arrived before Labor Day weekend.

After settling into their holiday accommodation, the couple ditched a few layers to soak up the sun on the beach.

Huckstepp donned a plunging white tank top and black shorts, while PKBx wore a simple white T-shirt and the same sweatpants.

While it’s unclear exactly how long PKBx and Huckstepp have been together, the two were spotted packing on PDA in May 2022 while on a trip to Cannes.

The duo felt sensitive aboard a luxury yacht on the French Riviera and were even spotted jet skiing together.

The star’s travels with his girlfriend come months after he suffered a mysterious ‘medical complication’ in April.

Jamie’s eldest daughter, Corinne PKBx, revealed the news in a since-deleted Instagram post, writing, “We wanted to share this, my dad… had a medical complication yesterday.

“Fortunately, thanks to quick action and careful care, he is already on the road to recovery.”

The ‘Django Unchained’ star has yet to share any additional details about his health issues, but he gave his fans a positive update last month.

“You are watching a man who is grateful,” he wrote via Instagram. “I’m finally starting to feel like myself…it’s been a dark and unexpected journey…but I can see the light.”

Since returning to the public eye in early July, Jamie has been spotted happy and healthy at various events including the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami where he partied alongside Meek Mill and LeBron James.
