Justin Long hints at wife Kate Bosworth’s future children in romantic birthday tribute
Justin Long suggested he and wife Kate Bosworth would start a family in the future during a moving birthday tribute.
“One day our kids might ask me, ‘Dad, why did you write stupid things about mom on that old Instagram app?’ The one you won’t let us use?'” he wrote via Instagram on Tuesday in celebration of Bosworth’s 41st birthday.
The “Jeepers Creepers” star then explained to their hypothetical children that “there’s a lot of venomous things on the internet but your mom always inspires me to put good things into the world.”
“And I’ve been so lucky to have experienced so many fun and wonderful things in this life – things I can never properly express my gratitude for – but among all those joys, touching your mom and making her smile is my favorites,” the actor continued.
Elsewhere in the lengthy post, Long, 45, recalled her marriage to Bosworth, writing that she “upset a boy when [she] called him “husband” first and made him feel luckier than he ever had.
The “Tusk” star’s heartfelt message included a montage of photos of the couple while Billiane’s song “Simply the Best” played in the background.
One of the photos showed the newlyweds holding their marriage license after getting married in May 2023.

Other snaps showed the lovebirds smiling in each other’s arms and splashing under a waterfall.
Page Six reported in December 2021 that Bosworth and Long were dating.
Rumors began swirling about their March 2023 engagement after the “Blue Crush” actress was spotted with a ring at Vanity Fair’s Oscars party.
The couple later confirmed on the actor’s podcast, “Life Is Short With Justin Long,” that the proposal “spilled” in December 2022, days after they attended therapy together.
“[The therapist] gave us some great advice: “Make sure you regularly ask the other person for what you need, or ask the other person for what they need,” Bosworth recalls.
“And he actually looked at me and he said, ‘To spend my life with you,’ and I smiled and said, ‘Well, yeah, you got that. Oh my God, you got this,’ and he said, ‘No, I mean, I really want to spend my life with you.’
The two secretly said “I do” at the Rockaway Hotel in Queens, New York.
“It was a very discreet ceremony. Onlookers thought it was some sort of engagement photoshoot — not a real wedding,” a source told Page Six of the nuptials.
