Kate Moss celebrates her 50th birthday in a sheer lace dress
50 years old and fierce!
Kate Moss proved that age is nothing but a number when she stepped out for her milestone birthday by wearing an outfit that rivaled the see-through outfits she was known for in the ’90s.
Partying with friends on a night out in Paris, the model was seen wearing a completely sheer black lace dress, which showed off her long, toned legs.
She appeared to layer the piece over matching underwear, including high-waisted underwear and a triangle bra.
Moss completed her birthday look with a pair of silver hoop earrings and jeweled black strappy sandals.
As for her glam, the blonde bombshell wore her hair in a sleek blowout. She also kept her makeup somewhat minimal, skipping anything too dramatic and opting for a simple eye and neutral lip.
Moss also made sure to bundle up for the cooler weather, draping a long black cape with gold lining over her ensemble. At one point, she was also seen wearing a fur-trimmed jacket.
As for the party itself, it seemed to be a who’s who of the fashion and beauty world.
Attendees included designers such as Haider Ackermann and Stella McCartney, editor-in-chief Edward Enninful, Venus Williams, makeup mogul Charlotte Tilbury, entertainment executive David Gardner and many more.
Last year, Moss spoke with the Sunday Times about turning 50, saying she was “in denial” about getting older.
“I’m not 50,” she said at the time. “No. I don’t think about it. I don’t feel like I’m 50.
And although the model has abstained from alcohol, even choosing to take a sober vacation to the Caribbean before her birthday, she told the publication that it was harder to quit smoking — even though she knew the benefits of looking younger.
“I heard that when you stop, you can really say [by your skin],” she added. “But I haven’t stopped…yet.”
