Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann ‘working on marriage’ after second divorce filing: We live ‘as husband and wife’
Kim Zolciak insisted she and ex-husband Kroy Biermann are “still working on their marriage” despite the former NFL star filing for divorce – for the second time – last month.
Following reports that Zolciak had moved out of their Georgia mansion, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum took to her Instagram Story to set the record straight.
“I live here and I’m not going anywhere!” she wrote a video of her shoe closet. “I worked on our marriage and we live together as husband and wife. There are too many daily lies.
Although Zolciak claimed the two had reconciled, Biermann’s lawyer told TMZ that “he was still going through a divorce” last week.
The clarification comes just hours after the outlet claimed a process server attempted to press charges against Zolciak on Thursday but was told she had left the house.
While the reality TV star appears to still be living at the ma*sive property, Biermann is trying to sell the estate in order to pay off his “significant debt.”
Last month, Biermann pleaded with a judge to allow them to sell their $3 million home despite Zolciak’s wishes to stay put.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the two have already started selling some of their belongings in order to earn some extra money, including their daughters’ designer items.
However, he claimed that “none of the funds raised from the sale of these items went toward the mortgage or any other bills” and that the two men are once again at risk of foreclosure.
Their mansion has been foreclosed on several times in the past, most recently in February when they defaulted on a $1.65 million loan.
However, after many exchanges, the two men managed to settle this debt and avoid losing their house.
The reality TV star, 45, and the former NFL player, 37, filed for divorce in May after 11 years together, only to call off their separation a few months later.
At the time, Biermann claimed their union was “irretrievably broken” and sought sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children: Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9 .

Before the second filing, the couple – who owed the IRS more than $1 million – allegedly got into a heated argument over their growing financial difficulties.
“They’ve gotten ridiculously mean about people who haven’t paid their bills,” a source told TMZ. “They count down to pennies.”
Sources also said the couple had a “rollercoaster” romance and would love each other one day, then “be at each other’s throats” and have “explosions” the next.
