Leva Bonaparte of ‘Southern Charm’ roasts Thomas Ravenel for ‘chasing her’ with ‘boring’ hue

‘Southern Charm’ star Leva Bonaparte was unfazed by her former comrade Thomas Ravenel’s attempt to throw shade by calling her ‘boring’.

“lol when men over 60 continue to prey on women, it’s strange…isn’t it?” she wrote in the comments section of Page Six’s Instagram post about Ravenel’s comments.

Bonaparte, who officially joined the cast of “Southern Charm” in 2020, also joked that she “likes[s] that he’s still tuned in” despite leaving the show five years ago.

The 44-year-old ‘Southern Hospitality’ star continued to roast the disgraced politician, writing: ‘No need to list what made him a TV great, that would be a bit too much. »

In a since-deleted Saturday tweet, Ravenel wrote, “Just watched the latest update on Southern Charm and can’t believe the most annoying person is still Leva. »

Bonaparte joked that she “likes[s] that [Ravenel] is still listening” after leaving the show five years ago.

Ravenel, 61, pulled out of Bravo in 2018 after pleading guilty to the a*sault and battery charges brought against him by his children’s former nanny in 2015.

The nanny, Dawn Ledwell, claimed Ravenel tried to forcefully kiss her while she was working at his house one night.

The Bravolebrity alum admitted his wrongdoing in court in 2019, telling the judge: “Your Honor, the night of the incident, I attempted to kiss her, and in doing so, I grabbed her arm and c was wrong and I am very grateful to him. whether to apologize to him in court today.

Before his time on the Bravo show, Ravenel also had a tumultuous political career that ended when he resigned as South Carolina treasurer after being charged with federal drugs.

In June 2007, Ravenel was charged with purchasing less than 500 grams of cocaine to share with others.

The former politician pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy with intent to distribute cocaine and was later sentenced to 10 months in federal prison.

Ravenel also endured a complicated custody battle over his ex-girlfriend and former “Southern Charm” co-star, Kathryn Dennis. He reportedly won sole and permanent custody of their two children in January.

Meanwhile, Bonaparte sent his best wishes to the Bravo alum and his children.

“I wish you and the kids good luck, Thomas. God Speed,” she wrote.
