Mark Zuckerberg reveals he eats 4,000 calories a day and details McDonald’s heavy order

Mark Zuckerberg is about the burger and the best stuff.

The CEO of Meta has revealed he is munching on 4,000 calories a day on a McDonald’s compound diet in a bid to “offset all the activity” he does as part of his new fitness regimen.

Taking to Threads – Zuck’s new platform launched to rival X (formerly known as Twitter) – the tech guru has shared a long list of his favorite items on the fast food giant’s menu.

“20 nuggets, quarter pound, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie and maybe some cheeseburgers for later?” Zuckerberg, 39, responded to a post asking what people’s order is.

UFC fighter Mike Davis rushed to call out the honcho Meta, writing, “You’re in camp! No Mcdonalds 😂.”

“I’m not losing weight, so I need about 4,000 calories a day to make up for all the activity. And it’s so delicious…” Zuckerberg replied.

The tech titan recently told podcaster Lex Fridman that he does three to four jujitsu and MMA sessions a week, in addition to strength, conditioning and mobility training.

The amped up diet ensures Zuckerberg is at his best should a potential fight with billionaire rival Elon Musk materialize.

In June, Musk tweeted that he would be “ready for a cage fight” with Zuckerberg, who responded by tweeting, “Send me the location.”

Last month, Zuckerberg showcased his ripped physique on social media in a photo with two of today’s most successful MMA fighters.

The top tech dog flexed his six-pack as he stood between Israel Adesanya and Alex Volkanovski in the photo shared on July 11.

“No fugazi with Mark. This is serious business,” Adesanya captioned the three-frame post, seemingly nodding to Zuck’s potential cage fight with Musk.

For his part, Musk was seen during a photo workout with Lex Friedman, a podcaster who holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and UFC icon Georges St-Pierre.

To make sure he’s ready for the potential fight, Zuck has apparently built an octagon in his backyard, leaving his wife Priscilla Chan puzzled.

Taking to Instagram this week, Zuckerberg posted a screenshot of his WhatsApp message exchange with Chan, telling him the new addition to their garden “looks awesome”.

“I’ve been working on this weed for two years,” she replied, expressing dismay.

The Facebook founder recently unveiled a new blue belt in jiu-jitsu — the next belt color above the entry-level white belt — after winning his first amateur jiu-jitsu tournament.

Zuckerberg wrote that he was “honored to be promoted to compete for blue belt” for the San Jose jiu-jitsu academy where he trains.

While it’s still unclear whether the match will go ahead, Musk and Zuckerberg have been locked in a battle on the digital front.
