Rihanna is the “only girl” in her family of four.
The nine-time Grammy winner and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, who have been dating since 2020, are the proud parents of two sons: RZA and Riot.
After Rihanna became a mother, her outlook on life changed.
“I live for my son. Everything matters now. You really start to take a lot of things into account,” she said during a February 2023 appearance on the “Process with Nate Burleson” podcast.
“Skydiving?! Do you really think about things like that, it’s not worth it. Everything is different, life before my son seems very obscure. It’s very small and cloudy, it just got better with him. It’s a lot of work, but nothing is more rewarding than that.
Now, the “Pon de Replay” singer is now a mother of two, after welcoming her second son in the summer of 2023.

Page Six reported that Rihanna and A$AP – real name Rakim Mayers – were expecting their first child on January 31, 2022. At the time, the Fenty Beauty founder shook her bare baby bump while out at her pal’s house . hometown of Harlem, New York
The couple then welcomed their first son in May 2022 and for over six months, they refused to reveal their child’s name and face.
However, it wasn’t malicious as in November 2022, Rihanna told the Washington Post that she and her boyfriend hadn’t revealed their son’s name because they “just hadn’t gotten to it yet “.
“We just lived,” she added. “But I guess there’s a certain freedom that comes from just putting it out there.”
The following month, RZA debuted his mother’s first-ever TikTok video.

The “Umbrella” singer’s baby boy then made his magazine debut when he appeared alongside his famous parents on the cover of British Vogue’s March 2023 issue.
Rihanna told the magazine that she and A$AP were doing everything they could to protect their son from the paparazzi.
“As parents, we decide when and how to proceed. End of story,” she said at the time, recalling how she discovered a photographer taking photos of her son during their cover shoot.

Nearly a year to the day of his birth, the Daily Mail reported that the “Praise the Lord” rapper and “Rude Boy” singer had named their son RZA.
The child is named after producer and rapper RZA, leader of the Wu-Tang Clan.
Three days after news of RZA’s name surfaced, A$AP confirmed the nickname by sending a special message to his eldest son on his first birthday.
“WU TANG IZ 4 DA CHUREN 🤲” HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY TO MY 1st BORN. RZA❤️,” he captioned the May 2023 Instagram post, which featured a carousel of snaps of the family of three from the time.
