Nina Agdal Obtained Restraining Order Against Dillon Danis, MMA Fighter Who Posted His NSFW Videos
Nina Agdal has obtained a temporary restraining order against MMA fighter Dillon Danis.
For weeks leading up to the athlete’s scheduled fight with fiancé Logan Paul on Oct. 14, he hara*sed the model on social media.
As of Thursday, Danis, 30, is prohibited from “posting content depicting or depicting the plaintiff in any manner that the defendant knows or has reason to believe was never intended to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent,” according to TMZ Sports.
Agdal, 31, requested the restraining order when filing a complaint Wednesday.
The “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit” model alleged that Danis shared more than 250 “despicable” posts about her on social media in the month following news of her fight with Paul.
Specifically, she accused Paul’s opponent of posting a NSFW photo of her and another person taken during a “romantic encounter” over a decade ago.
“Danis posted the photo – completely uncensored – from his X (Twitter) account, without the plaintiff’s consent,” the documents claim. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photo to maximize the number of views she would receive.”
Additionally, the filing highlighted repeated instances of Danis calling Agdal a “whore,” “slut,” or an equally derogatory label” in his uploads.
Notably Danis threatened in an August tweet that he “might just need to” show Paul “how bad this chick really is” with some “really insane” footage that would allow him to “get sued.”

Once Agdal filed a complaint, Danis criticized his legal action via Twitter, writing: “This is actually wild, but I won’t stop pissing off the system, come get me.” Logan Paul is a dead man walking.
Although he claimed their fight was “in jeopardy,” Agdal would not “seek to serve prison time” as he falsely claimed.
Paul, 26, slammed Danis repeatedly during the fighter’s online campaign to smear his fiancée with explicit photos and videos, calling him a “bastard” and a “shit” via YouTube on Monday.
The vlogger began dating Agdal in 2022 and got down on one knee in July the following year, sharing news of their engagement via Instagram.
The bride-to-be’s hearing against Danis is scheduled to take place Tuesday in New Jersey.
