Putin is being kept alive on Western cancer drugs to continue waging war in Ukraine: report

Russian President Vladimir Putin is reportedly being treated for cancer with Western medicine as he enters what could be his final year in charge of Russia.

Amid a series of sanctions imposed on Putin, the Kremlin and his regime, the 70-year-old leader is believed to be kept alive by Western treatments to slow the spread of cancer, according to Russian historian and political analyst Valery Solovey.

“I can say that without this [foreign] treatment he certainly would not have received in the public life of the Russian Federation,” Solovey told Ukrainian media.

β€œIt uses the most advanced treatments, [and] targeted therapy that Russia cannot provide to him,” Solovey said.

Solovey told Ukrainian YouTube channel Odesa Film Studio that he was “sure” Putin was undergoing specialist therapy that was not available in Russia.

“I would say the treatment was too successful,” Solovey added. “They treated him too well.”

Even with the help of Western medicine, Solovey claimed that “the end is already in sight, even according to the doctors who organize this treatment, because no medicine can be infinitely effective”.

Since Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine in February, rumors of Putin’s allegedly deteriorating health have spread. Putin is thought to be battling both pancreatic cancer and Parkinson’s disease.

Rumors that the Russian leader’s health is in serious decline have only increased as the war enters its 10th month.

“I can confirm that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at an early stage, but he is already progressing,” a security services insider was quoted as saying in leaked emails about the deteriorating state of health. Russian strongman.

“This fact will be denied in every possible way and hidden,” the source allegedly added.

The Kremlin has denied that the Russian leader, who likes to project an image of strength, suffers from any sort of illness.

Earlier this month, the Russian strongman apparently fell five steps at his home, landed on his tailbone and got dirty. Even though his security team rushed to his side, the brutal fall caused him to “defecate involuntarily” according to reports, which the Kremlin later denied.
