Ruby Franke alleges one of her children s****lly abused sibling for years in shocking court appearance: report
Ruby Franke reportedly made shocking allegations of s****l abuse against one of her six children during a hearing for charges against her for aggravated child abuse in Provo, Utah, on Thursday.
The disgraced YouTuber, 41, claimed during a court appearance that one of her minor children abused a sibling and a*saulted “several” other family members and neighbors during “years,” according to the Daily Mail.
Franke – who appeared via video from a Utah prison – also allegedly claimed the troubled child began watching p**nography when he was 3 years old.
After the unnamed child allegedly began abusing a younger sibling, the alleged victim also began participating in s****l abuse, the former family vlogger also claims.
The attack was allegedly masked by a game of “caresses”, but no other details were provided.
Franke alleged that the child who started the s****l abuse confessed his crimes to her in May.
The social media star has not provided any evidence for her disturbing claims, according to the Daily Mail.
However, a lawyer in the courtroom said one of the mothers of a s****l a*sault victim was present.
The judge reportedly denied the lawyer’s request, saying those complaints could be heard at a later date, but noted that the allegedly violent child should “be placed in a home without other children.”
According to the Daily Mail, the hearing lasted only about 30 minutes, but two of Franke’s older children were present when their mother’s damning claims were made.
Her husband, Kevin Franke, who previously said through his lawyer that he had no part in the alleged abuse within his home, was also reportedly present at the hearing but made no comment .

The Franke family’s deep, dark secrets were first revealed when Ruby was taken into custody on August 30 on suspicion of aggravated child abuse.
Earlier this week, she and her business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, were indicted on four additional counts of child abuse for allegedly causing or permitting “serious physical injury to victims in three different ways: (1) a combination of multiple physical injuries or torture. , (2) life-threatening starvation or malnutrition, and (3) causing serious emotional harm,” according to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.
Since the abuse allegations became public, signs of Ruby’s disturbing behavior have resurfaced online.
The host of “8 Pa*sengers” one day refused to bring her 6-year-old granddaughter’s lunch to teach her a “lesson”. She also punished her son Chad by making him sleep on a beanbag for seven months.
The alleged abuse that led to Ruby’s arrest took place when an emaciated child with duct tape around his arms and legs fled the Franke home and ran into a neighbor’s house, sparking a investigation.
