Sean “Diddy” Combs takes a phone call with a beer in his hand outside his Miami home after his son filed a lawsuit for s****l a*sault
Sean “Diddy” Combs was seen jumping on a call on Friday, shortly after news broke that his son Christian “King” Combs was being sued for s****l a*sault.
The “bad boy for life” was photographed with an orange towel wrapped around him as he casually walked outside his Miami mansion during the conversation.
Combs, 54, had a neutral expression on his face, so the nature of the chat is unclear, but he looked like he took some of the edge off by drinking the beer.
Over the past week, the “Nobody Can Stop Me” rapper has been taking his legal issues in stride.
He has been seen smoking and drinking at his home in South Florida, and going for bike rides around town.
However, this time, it is his child who is under fire as well.
On Thursday, a woman named Grace Omarcay filed a lawsuit against the “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” rapper, 26, claiming he groped her multiple times while at a yacht party thrown by Diddy in 2002.
She was working as a stewardess at the time, and claimed that the “drunk” king also pressured her to drink.
“Like father, like son,” her lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, said in a statement after the lawsuit was filed.
However, attorney Aaron Dyer, who represents both King and Diddy, criticized Blackburn for his alleged “patterning” in the film “inappropriately.” [filing] Cases in federal court attract media attention.
“We will file a motion to dismiss this outrageous allegation,” the lawyer concluded.
Aside from chatting on the phone, Diddy also made time on Friday afternoon to do some trolling on social media.
The Grammy winner posted on Instagram a clip from his 1997 music video for “Victory,” which shows him running away from the cops. He cheekily captioned the post, saying: “Bad Boy For Life ✊🏿.”
Just last week, Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by the Department of Homeland Security in connection with a possible s*x trafficking investigation.
His sons Justin, 30, and Christian, 26, were arrested during a search of the West Coast property.
It’s unclear what the feds found and the investigation is ongoing. Dyer had previously described the raids as a “witch hunt.”

“Yesterday, there was a blatant excessive use of force at the military level as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences,” he said in a statement to Page Six on March 26.
“There is no justification for the excessive force and hostility shown by the authorities or the way his children and staff were treated.”
The active investigation is taking place while Diddy also faces a series of lawsuits, including one filed by former employee Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, which accuses him of s****l a*sault.
In November, the “It’s All About the Benjamins” rapper settled a separate lawsuit with his ex-girlfriend Ca*sie, who accused him of rape and abuse.
