Shannon Beador tries to hide an apparent bruise on her face after her drunk driving arrest
Shannon Beador had what appeared to be a bruise on her face several days after her arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Page Six has exclusively obtained photos of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star and her ex-boyfriend John Janssen leaving an apartment in Newport Beach, Calif., on Wednesday afternoon.
Beador, who was wearing sungla*ses, kept her head down and her hair in front of her face as she stood behind Janssen and an unidentified man who carried a box.
A mark above his left eye was visible in the photos.
The Bravolebrity, 59, wore a black top under a blue button-down shirt. The rest of his body was hidden by the two men.
However, when she and Janssen were seen entering the house a few hours earlier, her left arm – which was sticking out of her black jacket – appeared to be in a sling.
The insurance broker was seen opening the front door for the mother of three, who was allegedly injured in the crash that preceded her arrest for drink-driving and hit-and-run Saturday night.
“She was injured, so she’s going to recover,” her close friend Jeff Lewis said Monday on his SiriusXM radio show, without elaborating.
Security camera footage of the ordeal showed Beador zooming around a residential corner of Newport Beach before losing control of his vehicle.
She jumped a curb and crashed into a house before backing her car onto the sidewalk and slowly driving away.
Although Beador narrowly missed the front door of the building, she damaged a garden, knocked over a planter and left the nearby sidewalk a mess.
Exclusive photos from the scene taken by Page Six appeared to show parts of his car scattered as well as a large skid mark in the street.
TMZ reported that Beador eventually parked her vehicle in the middle of the road and “tried to act like she was just walking her puppy,” Archie, when police arrived.

She was taken into custody and charged with two offenses. She was released Sunday morning on $2,500 bail.
While it’s unclear what exactly happened before the accident, the Real for Real founder reportedly appeared “drunk” while at a local bar with a friend just hours before.
Beador’s attorney, Mike Fell, told Page Six that his client was “extremely sorry and remorseful.”
Lewis, 53, echoed those sentiments, insisting his “ashamed” and “embarra*sed” friend would “go into counseling this week”.
However, he was careful to note that he doesn’t believe “Shannon is an alcoholic,” even though she was recently “removed” from another bar for being “drunk” and “yelling” at the girl by Janssen.
