Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas spotted having lunch with their daughters 2 days before shock trial
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas were photographed having lunch together just two days before she sued him over the return of their children to his home country of England.
In photos obtained by TMZ, the Jonas Brothers member and the “Game of Thrones” actress sat across from each other with their two daughters at Momofuku Noodle Bar Uptown in New York on Monday.
In one of the photos, Jonas could be seen obsessing over the mother of his children as she fed their one-year-old daughter, whose name has not yet been revealed. Willa, their 3-year-old daughter, sat on the other side of Turner.
In another moment, Jonas and Turner had switched places as she carried Willa in her arms.
An eyewitness told the outlet on Friday that there were “no signs of drama between the two and everything seemed amicable.”
However, it is unclear whether the family of four arrived together and who had the children before the lunch date.
Just days after that seemingly pleasant interaction, Turner filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, 34, on Thursday, seeking “the immediate return of children illegally removed or wrongfully retained.”
The “X-Men” actress, 27, accused the “Waffle House” singer of withholding their children’s pa*sports since September 20.
“The father is in possession of the children’s pa*sports,” the documents obtained by Page Six state. “He refuses to return the pa*sports to the mother and refuses to send the children home to England with the mother.”
Turner further claimed that she and Jonas agreed to make England their “forever home” at Christmas 2022 and moved into a house in the English countryside in April 2023.

Jonas quickly shut down his estranged wife’s claims and denied “kidnapping” the children.
