In ‘Mayor of Kingstown’ Season 3 Episode 9, Iris (Emma Laird) visits Mike and tells him that Milo Santer (Aidan Gillen) is still alive, hinting at an important revelation. Mike, however, does not believe her and is concerned about her mental state.
