Tori Spelling moves into $15K/month rental house with kids after staying in hotel and RV: Report
Tori Spelling has dramatically updated her digs just six months after she had to vacate her Hidden Hills home due to a mold infestation.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum — who is allegedly “struggling financially” — and her five children have reportedly moved into a luxurious five-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the western San Fernando Valley in recent weeks, according to the Daily Mail. .
The 3,000-square-foot home, which rents for $15,000 a month, has a brand-new pool and spa area, an upgraded stainless steel kitchen with blue cabinets, and plenty of living space for a family of six.
Spelling, 50, reportedly put down a $7,500 deposit in order to get the keys to the property.
The contemporary residence is the fourth place Spelling has called home since moving out of her long-term lease in July.
A Spellcheck representative did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
Spelling made headlines over the summer after she and her children moved into a $100-a-night hotel following her split from husband Dean McDermott.
After staying at the no-frills facility for a few days, the group temporarily moved to the Buddy Pad before Spelling found an RV to settle into.
Spelling, who was dealing with severe “financial issues,” was trying to look at the camp adventure “as a mini-vacation rather than a living situation,” an insider told Entertainment Tonight at the time.
The “Scary Movie 2” actress was photographed lounging in her robe outside the mobile home and chatting with her kids while taking a stroll along the beach.
Despite Spelling and the kids trying to make the best of it, McDermott was reportedly “freaking out” that his family was living in such a squalid state.
Soon after, Spelling — who grew up in a $150 million mansion — finally found another rental home that suited her family’s needs.
The former teen actress and her children — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6 — have put down roots in a “fully furnished rental house” in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles.
The 3,300-square-foot property costs so much that Spelling agreed to pay $18,000 a month for rent.
However, the living arrangements were short-lived and the family of six were seen moving out of the sprawling area just a week after settling in.

Although it’s unclear why the actress decided to leave the property behind, it was likely due to safety concerns.
Shortly after unpacking their boxes, Spelling and her children had to evacuate the rental home after an armed neighbor barricaded himself in a house with a hostage.
A SWAT team responded to the incident and no one was injured. However, it apparently scared Spelling enough that she packed her things and left the area.
While the actress and her children have sought refuge in less-than-ideal living situations over the past two months, McDermott has also been struggling to find a place to live amid their split.
The “Chopped Canada” host reportedly began living with four roommates in a five-bedroom rental home over the summer and spent Thanksgiving at a sober living facility.
After leaving the treatment center, McDermott apparently moved in with his girlfriend, Lily Callow, in early 2024.
