Travis Barker Reveals New Head Tattoo: ‘How Does He Still Have Room?’

Instead of welcoming 2024 with fireworks and champagne, Travis Barker decided to bring in the new year with a definitive decision: a new tattoo.

Taking to his Instagram Story on Monday, the 48-year-old shared a photo of his latest ink, which appeared on the back of his scalp near his ear, adding to his already extensive collection.

The new addition, which appeared to depict an angel or cherub holding a cross, was created by artist Chuey Quintanar, who Barker made sure to tag in the post.

It’s superimposed in a near-empty space on the rocker’s fully inked skull, although he appears to have superimposed it on top of already existing gray cloud formations.

Fans even marveled at Quintanar’s ability to find a hole big enough for the drawing, with one commenting on the artist’s Instagram: “Bra how does he even have room for the ink ??”

Although the inspiration behind the musician’s brand new body art remains unknown, it could be a way to honor his new baby, Rocky Barker, who was born in November.

Many of Barker’s tattoos are tributes to loved ones or important events in his life, many of which are dedicated to his wife Kourtney Kardashian, including her eyes, lips, handwriting and much more.

He also has the words “survivors’ guilt” on his arms, in memory of his 2008 plane crash, which claimed the lives of four other people.

Barker also has numerous spiritual tattoos, including an image of the Virgin Mary on the top of his head, which Kardashian even recreated on their wedding day during the couple’s ceremony in Portofino, Italy, by embroidering his veil with references to its religious iconography. .

The new addition also appears to be placed next to a drawing of Jesus wearing a crown of thorns, while praying hands appear on the other side of his head.

Unlike her husband, Kardashian chose to have a more low-key New Year’s celebration. The 44-year-old took the comfortable route, sharing a photo of herself wearing pajamas, a cute pair of 2024 gla*ses and a new “Rocky” nameplate necklace, which appeared alongside her usual necklace that says “Ms. “Barker.”

However, the health-conscious family closed out the year together, with the Blink-182 drummer running a half marathon on the 31st, with Kourtney cheering on the sidelines.
