Travis Kelce ‘Having Fun’ Amid Taylor Swift Dating Rumors, Says Brother Jason
He tried his best to shake it up, but Jason Kelce just couldn’t avoid questions about his brother Travis and Taylor Swift’s rumored romance.
Speaking to Football Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez on “Thursday Night Football,” Jason was asked about his brother’s love life.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 33, reportedly hung out with the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker for a few weeks after trying — and failing — to give Swift his phone number during one of her recent concerts of the Eras tour, according to the Messager.
Attempting to get to the bottom of things, Gonzalez asked Jason to divulge the rumor of the tryst.
“So you talk about family, I have a 15-year-old daughter, and she’s a big fan of a certain pop star, and you have a family member – a brother – and I’ve heard rumors, maybe – be stuff. Can you comment? » asked González.
“I’ve seen these rumors, I can’t comment,” the Eagles center said.
Analyst Richard Sherman chimed in, joking: “What are we doing on TMZ? What are we doing?!”
But despite his co-host’s comment, Gonzalez pressed further, saying he was gathering information for his daughter.
“Ever since ‘Catching Kelce,’ everyone has been in love with Travis’ love life,” Jason shared, referencing his brother’s previous reality show. “I don’t really know what’s going on there. I know Trav is having fun.
“We’ll see what happens with whoever he ends up with,” he added.
Although the romance rumors haven’t been addressed by the NFL star or the 12-time Grammy winner, Travis recently confirmed that he was in New York during the August 31 episode of his “New Heights” podcast.
After Jason asked the two-time Super Bowl champion where he was during his bye week, Travis seemed elusive about his whereabouts.
“What did I do?” » said Travis. “I do not remember. I don’t think I did much.
Eventually, he admitted to “disappearing,” adding, “I think I was in New York.” »
The coy comments came just over a month after Travis revealed he planned to give the singer a friendship bracelet with his number on it during her show in Kansas City.

“I was disappointed that she didn’t speak before or after her concerts because she has to keep her voice up for the 44 songs she sings,” he said on the podcast.
“So I was a little hurt that I wasn’t able to give her one of the bracelets I made for her.”
“If you go to Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets and I’ve received several, but I wanted to give one to Taylor Swift with my number on it,” he added.
