Travis Kelce Mocks NFL Announcer’s Cheeky Taylor Swift Comments Amid Dating Rumors
Travis Kelce laughs off dating rumors with Taylor Swift.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end responded to an Instagram video montage from NFL Network’s Rich Eisen, in which the broadcaster made numerous not-so-subtle puns about Swift during Kelce’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
“Well done Rich…. Well done,” Kelce, 33, wrote in the comments section, adding an emoji of applause and a crying face.
As seen in the video, Eisen couldn’t help but reference the singer every time Kelce made a big play that helped the Chiefs win 17-9 against the Jaguars.
“Even [with] this bone bruise and injury, you’d think it’s ‘tricky’… he was able to ‘get rid of it,'” Eisen joked, referencing some of Swift’s most popular tracks.
“You saw him Thursday night, when Travis Kelce wasn’t there, it left a ‘blank space,’ but I think he comes back today and proves to be the ‘anti-hero.’ “
Eisen added the NFL Network as a contributor to the post and captioned it: “Look what you made me do, @k**latrav.”
However, Eisen wasn’t the only anchor poking fun at the dating headlines this weekend. During Sunday’s match, a clip of broadcaster Ian Eagle also went viral.
“Kelce finds empty space for the score,” he exclaimed after Kelce caught a pa*s from Patrick Mahomes in the end zone.
Kelce and Swift, 33, have reportedly gotten to know each other since the athlete tried — and failed — to give the singer his phone number during her Eras Tour concert in August.

Since then, the rumors have multiplied, with the athlete’s older brother, Jason Kelce, even weighing in on fan speculation.
During a post-game interview last week, the Philadelphia Eagles star was asked to talk about his brother’s relationship status.
“So you talk about family, I have a 15-year-old daughter, and she’s a big fan of a certain pop star, and you have a family member – a brother – and I’ve heard rumors, maybe -be stuff. Can you comment? Football Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez asked Jason on “Thursday Night Football.”
“I have seen these rumors, I cannot comment. Since ‘Catching Kelce,’ everyone has been in love with Travis’ love life,” he explained. “I don’t really know what’s going on there. I know Trav is having fun. We’ll see what happens with whoever he ends up with.
