What’s unique about Morgan Wallen’s recently announced concert?

“I’ve had the honor of playing in many college, MLB and NFL stadiums over the past two years, but to be playing in Neyland Stadium in my hometown, nothing tops it for a boy from East Tennessee,” Wallen shared in a press release.

The Morgan Wallen Controversy
Although Wallen is a bona fide star, his rise to the top hasn’t come without some hiccups.
In fact, he has an entire section on Wikipedia labeled “controversy.”
Some of his notable scandals include arrests for public intoxication and disorderly conduct (May 2020), partying unmasked at a bar at the height of the pandemic (October 2020) and using a racial slur on camera (February 2021).
After his racist incident, Wallen donated $300,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition. He was also banned from several award shows.
Recently, Wallen was “charged with three felony counts by the Metro Nashville Police Department after he threw a chair from the roof of the six-story Chief’s Bar that landed on Broadway at two police officers,” according to the NY Post.
