Who is starring in ‘Cobra Kai’ season 6? Alicia Hanna-Kim bets on the lead role
Los Angeles, California: The race to establish who is the strongest is far from over, as the finale and first episode of the sixth season of Netflix action show ‘Cobra Kai’ is all set to air.
Created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, the show is based on Robert Mark Kamen’s iconic film ‘The Karate Kid’.
The story follows Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), former competitors who become bitter rivals as they rebuild their respective dojos, Cobra Kai and Miyagi-do.

Zabka, an American actor, is best remembered for his memorable performance in ‘The Karate Kid’ trilogy.
Born on October 20, 1965, the actor strengthened his position in the entertainment business with ‘Just One of the Guys’ and ‘Back to School’.
In 2007, Zabka directed and starred in a music video for No More Kings’ song ‘Sweep the Leg’.

Ralph Macchio brings to life Daniel LaRusso, who reopens the Miyagi-do karate dojo to oppose the revival of Cobra Kai while embracing the ideals of balance and kindness.
Macchio, born November 4, 1961, graduated from Half Hollow Hills High School West in Dix Hills, New York.
He made his first official screen debut in 1980 with ‘Up the Academy’.
He eventually landed the lead role in ‘The Karate Kid’, cementing his position in the entertainment industry.
He has notable acting roles in ‘The Three Wishes of Billy Greer’, ‘Can’t Be Heaven’, ‘Lost Cat Corona’, ‘Law & Order: Criminal Intent’ and others.
Xolo Maridueña as Miguel Diaz

Miguel quickly established himself as a prominent character in the series, being Johnny Lawrence’s first student at the revamped Cobra Kai Dojo.
Born on June 9, 2001, in Los Angeles, California, Mariduena showed talent at an early age.
He became well known for his portrayal of Miguel Diaz in the blockbuster series ‘Cobra Kai’.
Before her breakthrough role in ‘Cobra Kai’, Mariduena also starred in ‘Rush Hour’, ‘Twin Peaks’ and ‘Mac and Moxie’.
Mary Mouser as Samantha LaRusso

Mary Mouser is all set to bring Samantha LaRusso to life onscreen.
Samantha, Daniel LaRusso’s daughter, is thrown into the world of karate and the ongoing rivalry between Miyagi-do and Cobra Kai.
Mauser was born on May 9, 1996, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and began her acting career at a young age.
He made his first on-camera appearance in 2004 for ‘Bina Trace’ and achieved his breakthrough in ‘Cobra Kai’.
Her other notable acting credits include, ‘Happy Together’, ‘Body of Proof’, ‘A Stranger’s Heart’, ‘Drop Dead Diva’ and ‘Criminal Minds’.
Tanner Buchanan as Robbie Keane

Tanner Buchanan will reprise his role as Robbie Keane on the show.
Ravi’s journey as Johnny’s estranged son is marked by his search for acceptance and a sense of belonging.
Buchanan who was born on December 8, 1998, started his acting career in 2010 by starring in ‘Modern Family’.
The actor later made his film debut in 2013 as Sammy in the comedy-drama Jake Squared.
He is best known for his appearances on the ABC political thriller ‘Designated Survivor’ and Nickelodeon’s ‘Game Shaker’.

Alicia Hanna-Kim, who was introduced in the previous season, will return as Kim Dae-eun in the upcoming season.
The character will play a more prominent role due to his connection to Master Kim Sun-yung, giving a new dimension to the dojo tension.
Alicia Hanna-Kim is a Sydney-based Australian actor who began her career with ATYP, the national youth theater company.
He made his screen debut in ‘White Collar Blue’, as well as his US television debut in Starz’s ‘Crash’.
He has appeared in ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, ‘Two and a Half Men’, ‘Hot in Cleveland’, ‘Supah Ninjas’, ‘Chasing Life’ and ‘Hawaii Five-0’.
