She also claimed: “I reported these acts of abuse to law enforcement because they were real and because I feared for our safety.”

“The suspect threw a bag containing a gla*s bottle at the victim, but missed the victim but struck the victim’s child, causing injury,” a media officer confirmed to Page Six at the time.

A separate source also told Us that Quinn had to take her baby to the hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.

According to the latest filing, the reality star claims that Richard has also not kept his end of the bargain when it comes to paying their son’s hospital bills since his birth in May 2021.

Court documents allege that Quinn wants the tech entrepreneur to pay “unpaid hospital bills related to the birth of the parties’ son, in the amount of more than $100,000 (total amount to be determined).”

Quinn claims her ex-husband said he would pay the bills but allowed them to go to collections, thus “severely” affecting her credit.

Page Six reached out to Richard’s attorney for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Quinn explains that she is seeking full legal and physical custody of Christian George because she wants to be able to move him to Texas, where her family resides, freely without permission from her ex-husband.

She also wants Richard “to be restricted from any visits with him.” [their] child for the reasons mentioned in [her] Attached advertisement.

Aside from the incidents with their young child, Quinn also reiterates some of the alleged abuse she suffered throughout her marriage.

In court documents, Quinn claims the father of one asked his estranged wife to call Nancy with his son present because his mother had just had a heart attack.

“She didn’t have a heart attack,” Quinn says. “This attempt to exploit a family member’s false medical condition is another attempt by Christian to manipulate me, my attorney, and even his own attorney.

“I am extremely concerned that Christian will go to great lengths, including significant emotional manipulation, as a means of monitoring my activity while the restraining order is in effect.”

Richard has previously denied Quinn’s claims and filed his own restraining order against the realtor, claiming she was lying to cops about what happened. However, the judge temporarily denied his request.
