Washington has come a rocky road recently after losing 14 of its last 16 contests, taking a notable dip in its 9-45 record this season. As for Denver, its loss ended a streak of seven consecutive home victories and fell to 36-19.

This is a contest where the number of possessions will likely be a big factor: The Wizards haven’t given up the ball easily this season, averaging just 13.5 turnovers per game. However, it’s not like the Nuggets (currently ranked third in turnovers per game) struggle in this department as they average just 11.7 turnovers per game.
