Kate Middleton’s brother, James, posts a photo with his infant son, Inigo, on the occasion of his 37th birthday

James Middleton, younger brother of Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, celebrated his 37th birthday by sharing a sweet photo of his baby son.

James became a first-time father in October 2023 after he and his wife, Alizee Thevenet, welcomed their son, Inigo.

James took to Instagram on Monday, where he posted an adorable photo of himself and baby Inigo wearing matching blue hats.

“Matching hats to celebrate my birthday 🎈 surrounded by family, friends and of course my dogs ❤️,” he captioned the sweet photo.

In the photo, James can be seen smiling from ear to ear as he holds his six-month-old close to his chest. The baby’s face is obscured by a white heart emoji.

James announced that the couple were expecting their first child in July 2023 after sharing a photo of Thevenet cradling their dog with her growing baby bump on display.

The couple got engaged in 2019, a year after they met. They tied the knot in 2021.

As for his siblings, Princess Kate, 42, was the first of Middleton’s three children to become a parent.

The Princess of Wales gave birth to Prince George in 2013, Princess Charlotte in 2015, and finally Prince Louis in 2018.

Middle child Pippa Middleton, 40, has son Arthur, 4, and daughters Grace, 2, and Rose, 1, with husband James Matthews.

It comes as James posted a heartfelt message on social media to his sister Kate after she publicly revealed her cancer diagnosis to the world last month.

“Over the years we’ve climbed many mountains together,” James wrote alongside a photo of the couple as children and a heart emoji. “As a family, we will climb this mountain with you too.”

The photo shows a young Kate standing behind her brother with both of them wearing backpacks.

Pippa has not yet addressed her sister’s illness publicly.

After the Princess revealed her health issues to the world, the trio’s parents Carole, 69, and Michael, 74, stepped in to support their grandchildren during this uncertain time.

The Post revealed that the Welsh “covered up” her health problems when they broke the news to their youngest son, Prince Louis, but they had a “difficult” conversation with George and Charlotte.
