Keanu Reeves kisses Alexandra Grant with his eyes open – again – during a rare night on the red carpet

Keanu Reeves left his eyes open – again – while kissing his girlfriend Alexandra Grant in public over the weekend.

The couple stepped out for a rare red carpet appearance together on Saturday for the Museum of Contemporary Art’s 2024 Gala in Los Angeles.

At one point, the “John Wick” actor, 59, was photographed kissing his love while looking at her lovingly with his eyes wide open. The 54-year-old visual artist kept her eyes closed as she returned the sweet hug.

Once inside the party, Reeves and Grant were seen mingling with guests before sitting down at their table and continuing to enjoy their date night.

Grant looked elegant during their outing in a satin gown that featured a plunging neckline and slits above the waist, as well as a diamond necklace, silver earrings and a sparkly purple handbag.

She kept her beauty look simple by slicking her hair back into a bun with small braids.

Reeves also dressed to impress, wearing a navy suit complete with a dark tie, gray button-down and a matching scarf wrapped around his neck.

The couple – who have been dating since 2019 – likely attended the event as MOCA played a major role in Grant’s career.

She has a long a*sociation with the museum, having presented her first solo exhibition there in 2007.

The “Matrix” actor and former professor has not been photographed on the red carpet since the November 2023 LACMA Art+Film Gala.

Before that, they attended the MOCA 20023 gala, and also shared a kiss while Reeves left his eyes open.

The two have kept a somewhat low profile over the past few years, but Grant previously spoke about Reeves being an “inspiration” to her in a September 2023 interview with People magazine.

“The good news about falling in love as an adult is that I had built my own career by the time I started my relationship,” she said at the time. “I feel very confident in relationship on the red carpet. I feel confident in it alone.”

Reeves and Grant were previously friends and colleagues for nearly a decade before their relationship turned romantic five years ago.
