Kim Zolciak Accuses Ex Kroy Biermann of Stealing Her Jewelry and Handbags to Resell in New Bodycam Footage

Kim Zolciak claims in newly released body camera footage that her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, stole “hundreds of thousands of dollars” worth of personal items from her amid their ongoing contentious divorce.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 45, went to the police station earlier this month with an unidentified friend to accuse the father of her six children of stealing her jewelry and bags expensive handheld.

A source told Page Six exclusively on Tuesday that weeks later, nothing had changed and Zolciak’s items were still missing.

The “Don’t Be Tardy” alum told police in body camera footage obtained by TMZ that she first realized her belongings had been taken in May 2023.

“I asked for them and he won’t give them back,” she said in the video.

Zolciak alleged that Biermann, 38, put the expensive items in a safe in their master bedroom, which she was unable to access for some time.

The former “housewife” said she once called police to her residence, in an attempt to retrieve some of her belongings.

Bodycam footage from that incident was released in October 2023 and showed a distressed Zolciak begging police for help, claiming her ex had “threatened” her and “been physical before.”

Biermann, for his part, affirmed behind the bedroom door at that time that he “did nothing” and that his “security [was] in danger.”

The cops were able to mediate the situation and the former Atlanta Falcons player eventually returned the reality star’s duvet, phone charger, medication and neck cream.

However, Zolciak claimed in the latest footage that her most expensive items – like her diamond jewelry, handbags and a watch – were no longer in the safe she thought they were being held in.

She claimed she managed to break into the locked safe and discovered “everything was gone”.

“My lawyer told me I had to file a police report because the items were stolen,” Zolciak said in the video, adding that she was shocked when “the jeweler, a lady, sent [her] photos on Instagram and said: “I love your bracelets. I’m so grateful.’”

She also claimed that Biermann received $25,000 after selling some of his belongings.

The officer who met with Zolciak, however, explained that because the estranged couple is still married, police are not yet able to intervene, noting that when they marry, “yours becomes his and his becomes yours.”

“Until this divorce is finalized, no technical crime is being committed at this time,” the officer added.

A source confirms to Page Six exclusively that Zolciak and Biermann’s divorce is far from finalized.

Meanwhile, the two elders face serious financial problems.

They were recently forced to withdraw $1 million from their Georgia mansion in an attempt to sell it before it was foreclosed.

Zolciak and Biermann also face a litany of lawsuits.

Can’t get enough of “Real Housewives?” »

The former professional athlete is being sued by his former divorce lawyer and a car manufacturer over unpaid bills. He is also ordered to pay $230,000 in a separate banking trial alongside Zolciak.

The former Bravolebrity, for her part, is being sued by a credit card company for more than $150,000 and by Target for additional unpaid bills.

Zolciak tried selling his family’s belongings — and even Biermann’s items — online for profit in what many see as an effort to settle some of their debts.

Biermann, however, demanded that her ex cough up at least half of what she earned from the sales, alleging in court documents obtained by Page Six earlier this month that the designer products “are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars”.

He added: “We don’t know what [Zolciak] is done with the funds she received from the sale of the items.

Biermann also previously blamed the couple’s growing financial problems on Zolciak, accusing her of being a gambling addict who lost $1.5 million during their 12-year marriage.

Page Six reached out to Biermann for comment on the latest body camera footage, but could not immediately be reached. Zolciak’s representative also could not be reached for comment.
