Mauricio Umansky reunites with ‘DWTS’ partner Emma Slater: ‘He’s the best’
Mauricio Umansky couldn’t stop smiling when he reunited with his former “Dancing With the Stars” co-star, Emma Slater.
The dance pro, 35, gushed about her latest tour on Instagram Sunday, revealing that the reality star, 53, visited her backstage at the “DWTS Live 2024” tour, which Slater is currently hosting.
“So happy to see @mumansky18 last night on the DWTS tour 😆😆😆😆 Ah so grateful we got to be on the show, if you’ve met him you already know he’s the best,” she wrote on Instagram, adding: “Annnnnnd he stole the show just by being in the audience 😂😂 😂😂.”
Umansky and Slater previously teamed up on Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars. The duo was sent home after the “Monster Night” show where they performed a boogie and Charleston during the “Monster-a-thon dance.”
Romance rumors between Umansky and Slater began circulating in October amid news of Umansky’s split from wife Kyle Richards, as the pair were seen enjoying an intimate dinner date and were seen holding hands as they exited a restaurant.
Umansky denied rumors of a relationship.
“We want to address this story, this whole thing, and come out and about whether or not Emma and I are dating — whether we go out on a date,” Umansky said at the time via his Instagram Stories. “To be completely clear, we are not dating.”
He continued: “When we came out of dinner, we were summarizing and I reached out to hold Emma’s hand, and she held my hand, and we walked, you know, to the cars just summarizing and summarizing and then the photographers captured that moment. It became an explosion.”
Richards, 55, and Umansky initially denied reports of their separation, but announced their separation in September.
“Kyle and I are human beings, okay? We have feelings, we have emotions, and we’re going through a really hard time, okay? We have feelings,” Umansky told TMZ at the time.
“We are currently separated, we are not talking about divorce and we are trying to deal with these matters internally with ourselves alone.”
He also told Page Six in October that despite their marital problems, he and the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star haven’t “given up yet.”

On the other hand, Richards sparked rumors that he is dating country singer Morgan Wade.
The “Halloween” star recently left a cheeky comment under a photo of Wade, 29, dressed as a country cowgirl on Instagram.
“Save the horse, ride cowgirl,” she wrote. Wade replied, saying: “@kylerichards18 😂☠️🪦.”
Despite the sweet relationship, the two denied having any romantic relationship for several months. However, fans continued to speculate about their relationship when the musician was seen rubbing Richards’ butt while posing for photos backstage at a “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” taping in February.
In the second season of his Netflix reality series, Umansky has since said he has no interest in learning more about the nature of his estranged wife’s relationship with her friend.
They definitely have some sort of connection together; There is no doubt about that. “They spend a lot of time together,” he said.
“Maybe one of the reasons I don’t want to ask her is because I don’t want to put additional pressure on her. If it works for her and gives her the opportunity to deal with our breakup… then I’m good with that.”
