Prince Andrew seen for first time since release of unsealed Jeffrey Epstein documents

Prince Andrew has been spotted for the first time since he was named in a trove of recently revealed documents relating to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The disgraced member of the royal family, 63, was photographed solo on Tuesday as he left Royal Lodge in England in a green Range Rover.

He left the estate in a black quarter-zip sweater and kept a blank expression as he walked through the gates.

The observation follows the recent release of Epstein’s files, which Manhattan federal judge Loretta Preska ordered released as part of Virginia Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit against Epstein’s alleged madam, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Transcripts of depositions given by Giuffre, as well as Epstein’s ma*seuse, Johanna Sjoberg, both mentioned the Duke of York.

Giuffre claimed she was paid $15,000 to have s*x with Andrew, while Sjoberg claimed the late Queen Elizabeth II’s second son groped her breast as they posed for a photo together in the disgraced s*x offender’s Manhattan home.

Despite the damning accusations, which he has long denied, Andrew has been welcomed back into the royal fold since his older brother, King Charles III, acceded to the throne in May 2023.

Last August, the prince joined senior members of the royal family in Scotland, where Prince William was photographed leading his scandal-plagued uncle to a Sunday church service.

“Andrew will never have the same ceremonial role within the family; he is no longer and never will be a working royal. It’s clear,” a source described as a friend of the king told The Daily Beast at the time.

“But he’s part of the family. He is the king’s brother. He has not been convicted of any crime and I think it is fair to say that the king has made it clear that he will not turn his back on his brother.”

The apparent show of support for the black sheep marks a dramatic change in fortune.

In the final months of his mother’s life, Andrew was effectively kicked out of the royal family and reportedly lost his $300,000 annual allowance.

He has long been a*sociated with Epstein, who died by suicide in a Manhattan prison in 2019; however, public opinion of Andrew plummeted following his disastrous BBC interview that same year.

During the session, he denied ever meeting Giuffre – who accused him of rape – and suggested an infamous photo of him with his arm around her had been Photoshopped.

Andrew avoided going to trial by paying Giuffre, now 40, a multimillion-dollar settlement.
