Salma Hayek celebrates her anniversary with François-Henri Pinault with rare wedding photos
Salma Hayek is still very happy with her husband, François-Henri Pinault, after 15 years of marriage.
The “Frida” star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share sweet photos of herself and the businessman in honor of their wedding anniversary.
“There are no words to explain the blessing of finding your soul mate,” she captioned the snaps from their April 2009 wedding day.
“For anyone who finds it, never take it for granted [sic] For everyone who didn’t, never give up #tbt on one of the best days of my life.
The first photo showed Hayek, 57, wearing what appears to be a white corset as she looks to the side. She styled her hair into a sleek-back bun for the big day and rocked a full face of make-up.
Another black and white photo showed the actress’s two wedding dresses hanging on a clothes rack.
Hayek ended her photo dump with a sweet shot of her and Pinault, 61, at the altar while he placed a diamond ring on her finger.

Hayek and Pinault, who met in 2006, hosted their big wedding alongside their family and friends months after they first tied the knot in a Paris court on Valentine’s Day 2009.
The “Magic Mike’s Last Dance” star previously revealed that she rejected two marriage proposals from the billionaire out of “fear.”
“I’m ashamed to admit how many times he had to ask me,” she said during an interview with the Times of India in February 2021.
The fear of marriage stayed with the actress until her court wedding where she admitted that her family members “dragged” her down the aisle.
Comparing her wedding to an “interference,” she told Glamor in February 2023 that she had no idea she was getting married.
“They just took me to court,” she said. “My parents and my brother were all conspiring against me. I had a phobia about marriage.”
She added: “I was nervous.” …I said yes to marriage, but I won’t show up that day or do it.
However, Hayek was relieved when she later realized that she did not feel “any different” being Benno’s wife.
The actress has since continued to praise her husband, claiming that she “married the right man,” during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in 2017, per People magazine.
She also slammed allegations that she married Benno for his money instead of love.
“When I married him, everyone was like, ‘Oh, it’s an arranged marriage, I married him for the money.’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, whatever, b***h,'” she said during an appearance on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast. February 2021: “Think about what you want.”
Hayek and Pineau are parents to daughter Valentina, who is now 16 years old. The Kering CEO is also the father of children Mathilde, 23, Augustin, 17, and Francois from previous relationships.
