Chyna died from a combination of alcohol, drugs and muscle relaxants, according to the autopsy report. Toxicology results revealed that he had consumed alcohol in addition to taking diazepam. His system included other opioids, including oxycodone and oxymorphone. Based on the test results, he also took the anxiety medication nordiazepam and the sleeping pill temazepam.
