Tori Spelling admits she used Ozempic and Mounjaro to lose the baby weight

Tori Spelling admitted she used Ozempic and Mounjaro to lose weight after giving birth to her son Beau.

“I did Mounjaro and everyone admits it now,” the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum revealed on Tuesday’s episode of her podcast “Misspelling.”

“I tried Ozempic and it didn’t work for me,” she added.

“It’s a different time, so I’m not ashamed to say it. I wasn’t able to lose weight after giving birth…I was lucky enough to lose weight after that with four of my kids,” Spelling, 50, continued.

Before turning to type 2 diabetes medications, the mother-of-six claimed she was “lucky” enough to stay naturally thin, especially because she hated drinking water and exercising.

“My whole life I have never been on a diet,” she said. “I was born with really good genes.”

Spelling explained that her heaviest weight ever was 120 pounds until she welcomed her sixth child with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott, in March 2017.

“After Bo I was 160 years old [pounds] “I couldn’t lose weight,” the actress added, adding that she was 44 years old at the time. “The doctor was like, ‘Well, it’s an age thing.'”

She tried to exercise and change her diet, and explained that she would eat protein and practice intermittent fasting.

“It wasn’t working,” the “Trick” star said.

It wasn’t until the actress went to her doctor to get hormone treatment for menopause that she decided to try weight loss medications.

The “Scary Movie 2” star explained that she tried Ozempic first before switching to Mounjaro after not seeing any results.

“I don’t do it anymore, but I lost weight,” she said about the latter. “I haven’t done that since the end of January.”

“I got out of it because I didn’t want to lose a lot of weight,” Spelling added.

Elsewhere in the podcast, the actress got candid about her ‘healthy’ female parts after giving birth to five of her children via C-section.

“I should go on record and brag for a moment that my OB-GYN says I have the female organs of a 14-year-old, because they are healthy,” she said.

The actress and McDermott, who have split, have children: Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7.
